In addition, see the integration of online donation platforms, Luminate Online and ImportOmatic, that support fundraising operations.→ Ensure enforcement of database business processes and management of other set-up functions as well as database performance, troubleshooting, track and reports problems. → Initiating accurate gift processing, receipts, and acknowledgements. Ensure that all gift information is recorded, so receipts and acknowledgements are ready to be mailed. → Collaborating with Finance Department to ensure that the gifts in donor database reconciled with the financial database. → Engaging with donors and providing excellent donor stewardship by managing five email boxes and four phone lines. Lead the utilization of call log to ensure that all donors were being responded to and information was recorded in CRM. → Promoted teamwork by creating customized reports for individual team members to ensure proper tracking and follow up of donors. → Worked with Chief Philanthropy Officer to implement a weekly gift report for entire philanthropy team to holistically update them on status of gift revenue
