ABOUT CAROLINE PENNINCK

As part of the LinkedIn community, I’ve joined LinkedIn to, among many reasons, collaborate and share business and legal (including employment-related) knowledge within the legal and business community in areas involving typical issues facing in house corporate counsel and/or Human Resources directors and leaders, including in the technology, telecommunications, outsourcing, real estate, hospitality, restaurant and hotel management and financial services industries, among others. I seek clients who need assistance with all employment and HR-related matters, the management of prosecutorial and defensive litigation, management & negotiation/finalization of commercial contracts (inbound & outbound), management of real estate portfolios & organizational corporate compliance. Areas of interest include: multi-stakeholder representation and resolution, legal strategy in various key corporate initiatives, legal and non-legal matters with regard to management and advice relating to all employment and HR-related issues, risk management, litigation & trial management, internal client engagement and client relationships built on trust, collaboration among peers within legal & HR departments and other corporate departments, training business leaders about existing and new laws, legal research and analytical writing, successful workload management strategy, corporate restructuring, corporate-wide project management, improvement of business processes, and negotiation/finalization of commercial contracts (inbound & outbound).
