Caroline primarily manages U.S. Banks risk exposure to its foreign exchange and interest rate derivative portfolio, manages the risk of high yield bridge and term loan b exposure at the bank, and is responsible for maintaining credit policies that govern a variety of topics in Capital Markets and the banks foreign credit exposure. Caroline participated in U.S. Banks Emerging Talent Development Program and Multicultural Leadership Program, both year-long leadership development programs. Caroline has interned, volunteered, or worked in five continents in a variety of industries: teaching English in the Czech Republic and Indonesia, business consulting in South Africa and Australia, contract administration work at the New Zealand Ministry of Education, and in the US: pricing management for a manufacturing company, marketing at an exercise equipment company, and coordinating for a non-profit global student exchange program, before finally settling on banking as her career.
