Hi, I\'m Caroline, here’s my background and I am looking forward to connecting with you on LinkedIn!🟡 🟡 I was born in Thousand Oaks and raised with my brother and sister by our single mom. Together, we kept busy with sports and activities. Mine always revolved around competitive dance as I loved the diligence and organization of it. That was helpful when I held various leadership roles from childhood to college, including captain of my high school dance team and president of my sorority in college.🟡 🟡 At 26, with 2 young children, I worked full time as a claims adjuster for an insurance company. This was a very demanding and high-pressure job that required focus but after a health scare with my son, I needed to leave and focus more time with my family. It was a big wake up call.🟡 🟡Since transitioning into the executive assistant role, I’ve found great fulfillment and personal satisfaction. It also allows me to enjoy work-life balance with boundaries for health and wellness. I also teach yoga outside of work, building further resilience, and even went through the 200-hour yoga teaching certification to become a part-time instructor. 🟡 🟡 One of my happiest professional contributions was building an engagement team when things went remote during Covid. This included competitions, games, challenges, and fun ways to connect on a deeper level with colleagues during an otherwise-isolating time. I have been successful with my work as an executive assistant, able to take on larger and more complex projects and higher-level service to executives.
