Working closely with the TA Manager and team across Global Business Functions, I drive the development and implementation of innovative strategies that connect our strategic goals with day-to-day recruitment activities.My role includes people management, day-to-day support, and ensuring our team\'s commitment to agile and accurate reporting through our ATS. I empower the s team to meet operational recruitment goals, monitor key metrics, and maintain best practices for excellence in vacancy management.As part of the Global Talent Acquisition community, I thrive on sharing best practices, ideas, and learning with my colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
