I am an experienced legal recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the legal industry and I am passionate about diversity in the legal profession. I lead Sheppard Mullin\'s legal recruiting efforts, responsible for all aspects of hiring summer associates and lateral associates, as well as overseeing the summer associate program. With a major focus on the latest career and recruiting issues in the legal industry, I have been a speaker for the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA), the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), the Los Angeles Area Legal Recruiting Association (LAALRA), the New York City Recruitment Association, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, as well as top law schools including New York University, the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell and Fordham.I counsel the firm’s summer associates, maintain relationships with alumni, and frequently provide resume and interview training in connection with CSR efforts. I have also spoken on numerous panels for participants in the Fresh Air Fund, Manhattan Hunter High School, Rosie’s Theatre Kids, the Posse Foundation, and the Educational Alliance. I was appointed to the 2021 Annual Education Conference Planning Work Group of NALP, and served for many years on the Ethics and Standards Advisory Group. I am also involved in NALP’s Legal Employer Alumni Relations section. In addition, I am a member of the Career Advancement and Management Committee of the NYCBA.
