As a leadership coach specializing in culture mastery, I empower international managers to leverage their cultural backgrounds while embracing diverse perspectives. I believe effective leadership is crucial for organizational success and talent retention. I build trust quickly, listen actively, and support strong managers to become even better through a positive, goal-oriented and personal approach. With over 20 years in management roles across various global contexts, I guide both junior and seasoned managers in their personal development as well as in job transitions. My role is helping them identify their most important area of development and how to achieve it. My unique ability to recognize and articulate the strengths of others allows me to connect individuals with the resources they need to realize their goals. As a Swedish native, living abroad for over 25 years in seven different countries, I thrive in international environments. I am an experienced leadership coach with the international PCC certification with close to coaching hours completed. Since working with more than 150 managers in 40+ multinational companies (AstraZeneca, Netflix, McDonalds, Mastercard, ABB, Engie, Eli Lilly etc) around Europe I know the main topics managers and leaders struggles with today. My mission is to build bridges between people and cultures through leadership development and through spreading cultural knowledge via webinars and masterclasses.
