ABOUT CAROLINE KUEBLER

With a career spent in various development roles, I have an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the nonprofit world, from generating funds and developing strategic partnerships to ensuring the organization’s legacy continues to thrive. My heart and soul reside in the nonprofit arena, and I have built strong relationships within the community with key strategic leaders. As an executive leader, I build and mentor teams that embrace and embody the mission while advancing goals and objectives. I believe in leading by example and encouraging employees to find their own answers through supportive coaching. Whether working with a local team or employees spread across the country, I act as the glue to keep everyone together in a collaborative, supportive environment.I appreciate the opportunity to speak as a passionate evangelist within the community. Through my outreach, I have spearheaded relationships with strategic partners, gaining cause marketing and innovation/design thinking experience.Personally, I am an optimistic lover of life and passionate artist who believes that, with determination, anything is possible. I am a creative thinker and lifelong learner who seamlessly blends right-brain and left-brain approaches.
