I run Emerald Starfish which specialises in running outsourced recruitment projects for SME/SMB businesses. Smaller companies can\'t afford their own internal recruitment department and can end up paying high agency fees for recruitment. We offer an outsourced recruitment department to companies that costs you a monthly fee based on the number of vacancies that you have - this means that we eliminate recruitment agency fees. We help right through from advertising to the offer stage. This means that we will save you both time and money on your recruitment whilst creating an employer brand that candidates within the local candidate market want to work with. We also offer outplacement services for companies going through change. We work with your staff who are going through redundancy and change management processes to equip them with the skills that they need to re-enter the current job market. We help them with choosing their career direction, CVs, cover letters, applications and interview techniques. We work with them either individually or within workshops. We will stay with them until they have secured their next role.
