I am a seasoned program manager and people leader that is known tackling ambiguous problems with creative solutions. The first few years of my career I spent in sales where I learned my love for healthy competition, storytelling, experimentation, and getting others bought into big ideas. Then I joined HubSpot\'s CS team in various roles to and helped find creative ways to drive revenue, scale operations, and improve the customer experience. Most noteworthy accomplishments include- Creating a process to identify sales leads within support tickets that generated $10MM+ in attributed ARR by year 2- Scaling the first fully automated onboarding program at HubSpot, driving results of $9M in headcount savings; and- Securing executive investment to launch a new onboarding servicing model that quadrupled our customer to rep ratios.I enjoy all things Brene Brown and Eckhart Tolle, and I strive to be a thoughtful, high-energy leader that doesn\'t shy away from challenging and complex work.
