Responsible for establishment of Employee Relations services in North America including creation of support process in ServiceNow, internal case documentation standards, leader trainings, templates, and standardization of support. Successfully completed dozens of cases including investigations, case reviews, performance improvement plans, written warnings, action plans, and leave requests. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies across North America, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Coach managers on how to document employee disciplinary issues, corrective action forms, and involuntary terminations. Ensure fairness, consistency, and potential legal liability for decisions, process, and documentation.
