WHAT I DOCurrently leading on IFC\'s role in the Evolution Roadmap, the ambitious reform program of the World Bank Group to address global challenges and deliver on the Global Public Goods agenda. Digital Development. Formulate, launch and scale EBRD’s Digital Approach to operationalise its digital ambitions as set out in the Strategic and Capital Framework 2021-25, including formulating a vision & aligning institutional processes (impact measurement, risks assessment of asset-light companies) to incentivize and facilitate EBRD\'s lending and policy activities- Lead on cross-sectoral Cyber Working Group of how EBRD can develop its cybersecurity offering in policy, investment and advisory activities alongside its push towards digital development. Formulated and incubated EBRD\'s cybersecurity offering and secured external donor funding- Lead Country Strategy development to shape EBRD’s investment and policy activities in its Countries of Operations; managing alignment across a broad spectrum of functions (banking, economists, policy makers), levels of seniority and EBRD’s shareholder countries. Provide technical guidance and supervising analysts, including regular performance feedback- Lead the EBRD’s Strategic Review liaising with senior management and EBRD’s shareholder countries to provide strategic guidance on optimising EBDR’s delivery in its Countries of Operations, including evaluating the trade-offs and resource requirements of a possible expansion into sub-Saharan Africa- Lead EBRD’s annual Country Strategy Delivery Reviews (CSDRs) for the Client Services Group (Vice-Presidency Policy and Partnerships, Vice-Presidency Banking) for its 37 Countries of Operations and deriving a 12-months policy and investment strategy looking ahead.
