ABOUT CAROLINE GADDIS

My ongoing experience includes administrative setting experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), relevant ability to prepare invoices; spell-check and proof presentations, letters, etc. as well as preparation service skills. Identifying ongoing train for skills including ability to manage and stock office supplies as well as general knowledge of computers, printing, and scanning. Additional skills include; answer the phones and screen, transfer, and identify calls with added messaging as needed; experience with Outlook calendar management; experience creating and managing files; ability to schedule and manage virtual meetings.I have a Master of Arts Degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, I have a background in teaching, training, case management, and counseling. After graduating with my Master of Arts in 2009, I spent nearly seven years working in a therapeutic setting with groups and individuals of all ages, income, and education levels. I have experience working with professionals, families, children, adults, and teens. Since joining the Julianna Poor Memorial Counseling Team in 2013, I within practice work with groups, families, couples, and additionally men and women, individually. I have a Prepare/Enrich certification and additionally a Gottman Levels 1 and 2 certification.When I am not in the office, I enjoy building my network.In some of these, I am reviewing scholarship applications with the Texas Exes. I have also volunteered as writer for Mental Health America of Greater Houston. I have been published in their supported magazines and was a part of the Children\'s Mental Health initiative in May 2015. Holding as Committee Chairman for the #HTxMentalHealth Children\'s Art Contest, collaborating with seven school districts and additionally private schools to raise awareness of Children\'s Mental Health, it was a joy to be a part of. So each is also very beneficial. I additionally enjoy volunteering for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on the Membership Committee and engaging in community activities. I am a Life Member of the Texas Exes and the Dallas Theological Seminary Alumni organization and strive to support local education and connect with other professionals.I\'m excited for what the future holds and look forward to speaking with you more about it.
