ABOUT CAROLINE ROE
I have over 12 years of experience working within integrated multi-disciplinary planning and design consultancies. I am regularly involved in the collaborative working between disciplines on projects providing landscape and visual advice and guidance, preparing LVIA’s, undertaking site analysis and Green/ Grey Belt Assessments and, landscape submissions for local plan representations.I am an Associate Landscape Architect in the landscape planning team within Pegasus Group where my primary focus is landscape planning appeal work primarily relating to solar/renewable energy, and, residential schemes. I provide full support to more senior colleagues and are heavily involved throughout the entire process of a Public Inquiry or Hearing; working on average 25 planning appeal cases per year. I also prepare statements for Written Representations.I have extensive experience working on many different types of projects; including renewable energy schemes - 49.9MW solar schemes and BESS schemes, small and larger scale residential developments and, mixed use schemes.
