I’m Caroline Quinn, a professional pursuing both an MBA and MFA in Theatre with a concentration in Arts Management at The University of Alabama. I have a passion for blending creativity and business strategy. With a background in Accounting, Finance, and Theatre, I bring a versatile skill set to roles in arts administration, marketing, event logistics, and financial leadership. From conducting audits at Ernst & Young to overseeing marketing and ticket operations for the University of Alabama\'s Department of Theatre and Dance, I thrive in fast-paced environments where storytelling, strategic thinking, and operations intersect. I\'m also well-versed in tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite, and ticketing platforms like AudienceView and PurplePass—allowing me to craft data-driven insights and engaging campaigns. I currently serve as Vice President of Financial Affairs for the Graduate Student Association, Treasurer for the MBA Association, and tutor in accounting—all while managing a team of 18 in the ticket office. Whether I\'m leading teams, developing marketing materials, or managing complex financial workflows, I’m driven by creativity, purpose, and impact.
