   Currently manage a team of mechanical engineers, packaging engineers, CAD technicians and a PLM administrator. Responsible for leading design, development and delivery of products to make a more flavorful world-Led steering committee to select enterprise PLM software solution. Ran implementation of all company data until PLM administrator was hired. Continued overseeing implementation and execution of PLM internally and externally with contract manufacturers-Initiated an audit of all Traeger Test Standards with an internal interdepartmental committee and rewrote standards where committee deemed tests were insufficient or unclear-Managed engineering prototyping facilities at Salt Lake Headquarters to improve efficiency -Conducted multiple 8D problem solving sessions on complex field failures on multiple grill SKUs and mentored engineers on problem solving process to promote independence and skill building-Started a series of monthly mechanical engineering knowledge shares within the department to ensure lessons learned were shared and captured adequately-Technical lead on early development of grill projects as needed. Worked on early prototyping efforts, product definition, scoping, budgets and resources.
