I’m a passionate advocate for improving the quality of life for people living with brain diseases. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and a track record of building innovative roles and solutions within organizations, I bring a unique approach to bridging healthcare gaps. I’m fueled by the belief that empowering patients through improved health literacy can transform outcomes, and I thrive at the intersection of science, strategy, and people.As a Global Medical Advisor, my career has been dedicated to leading impactful patient-centric strategies, fostering meaningful KOL engagement, and driving evidence generation to support medical decision-making. From organizing international congresses and advisory boards that enhanced stakeholder collaboration, to creating centralized resources that accelerated efficiency, I’ve worked across therapeutic areas in neurology including epilepsy and rare epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, glaucoma, and multiple sclerosis, to make a tangible difference. My early career as a Research Scientist and Medical Science Liaison laid the foundation for my expertise in medical strategy, product launches, and medical communication. I created enduring educational programs, collaborative initiatives, and innovative tools that championed both internal teams and external stakeholders. From establishing groundbreaking patient-focused roles to creating cross-functional councils, I’ve partnered with key stakeholders—KOLs, patient advocacy groups, R&D teams, and market access departments—to co-create strategies that enhance patient outcomes and foster innovation. Whether it’s organizing international congress symposia, engaging with global KOLs, or developing centralized resources to improve operational efficiency, my focus remains on delivering measurable, meaningful results.Beyond my professional work, I’m fueled by curiosity and a love for learning. A certified diver, I once faced my fear of sharks to explore the underwater world—a personal reminder of the importance of resilience and an open mind.
