With over 15 years of experience in Global Luxury Retail, working for brands such as Versace and Gucci, I translate brand ambition and commercial priorities into human behaviours, leadership practices, and learning frameworks that drive measurable performance while building brand equity.I have designed Retail Excellence and Learning functions across markets, and developed and led Client Experience, Leadership, and Capability programs in close partnership with CEOs and Executive teams. I connect commercial priorities with the human enablers behind them, translating KPIs and strategic goals into daily behaviours that elevate productivity, engagement, and profitability.Building and scaling teams and market networks within complex matrix organizations has been a constant throughout my career. With a hands on, pragmatic leadership style, I value developing and growing team capabilities, leveraging the power of teamwork and partnership, and connecting individual purpose to broader business goals.Originally from Canada and having worked internationally across markets, I am equally comfortable operating in English and Italian, with the addition of French.
