As a strategic People Business Partner, I help organizations achieve their goals by unlocking the potential of their people. My career has spanned HR Business Partnership, Talent Management, and Organizational Development roles, with rotations in Compensation, Diversity, and Recruiting across Fortune 500 tech and financial services companies. Currently, I’m a Senior HR Business Partner in tech, where I partner with executives and managers to shape every stage of the employee experience — from hire to retire. I build trusted relationships with leaders of all archetypes, from the big-picture strategists to the detail-driven executors, helping them navigate pivotal moments, and turning people strategies into landed business impact. What energizes me most? Helping organizations thrive through transformational change without losing their humanity along the way. Coaching leaders to get there and seeing cultures transform because of it is what keeps me inspired to do my best work. Outside of my day job, I can be found reading in a NYC park, furthering my Duolingo streak (1900 days and counting), or sampling new recipes from a latest best-selling cookbook.
