Lead, harmonize, and advance the Comparative Medicine Training Program, incorporating the 3R\'s (Reduction, Replacement & Refinement)\\\\n- Develop, conduct, facilitate, and supervise rigorous training for a diverse community of investigators and staff as part of a complex and highly regulated scientific and technical organization\\\\n- Support and manage all activities related to curricula management and course implementation in North America, including creation of curated content and interactive materials with SMART goals\\\\n- IACUC member and regulatory backup for the Attending Veterinarian, including review of animal use protocols and amendments, veterinary review consultation, and post-approval monitoring\\\\n- Identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs\\\\n- Consult with researchers, the study support team, and other stakeholders in model and technique development\\\\n- Supervision and management of Comparative Medicine interns and co-op students\\\\n- Conduct analysis of metrics data across teams and project needs, present outcomes and make recommendations based on resources\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
