ABOUT CAROLINE WAGNER ED. D.
When I began my professional journey as a Leadership Consultant, I could not have dreamed that I would one day be defending a thesis in this same field. However, my passion for cultivating high-performing teams and helping individuals reach their professional potential has always driven me to ask questions: How can we improve this group dynamic? What’s the relationship between an individual’s social capital and job confidence? How can we align people and processes to achieve shared goals? These questions eventually led me to pursue a doctorate in education, where I explored how we can intentionally build collaborative environments that foster high performance. I take pride in my professional experience in applying these insights to drive both team success and individual growth.
