Conducted an impact analysis and created an implementation plan for changes to structure and roles. • Supported the development and delivery of the people strategy by representing client groups, collaborating with the HR team and bringing market knowledge. • Supported the delivery of the organisational change programme to create an agile workforce so the organisation can be responsive to changing priorities. • Expanded the culture of wellbeing by providing training and tools to help colleagues manage their wellbeing. Provided guidance to leaders to effectively manage absences to support colleagues back to work.
