   I have spent the last two years piecing together difficult inventories and working with great collaborators to prioritize capital asset investment. I focus on NYCT passenger stations, the bus fleet and bus depots including the zero emissions transition, and telecommunications and communications assets. To support asset management, I perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, meet with internal stakeholders, facilitate conversations, and use GIS and data visualization tools. I have gotten to work on adjacent projects like the Bike, Pedestrian, and Micromobility Strategic Action Plan (2022). My work is found in the Twenty Year Needs Assessment (20••••44), and I am working now to inform the capital program.
