As a Patient Care Coordinator, I am the first person patients see in the morning, and I set a warm, welcoming tone for their day at Compass. I guide patients through the paperwork portion of the intake, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. I also serve as a key liasion between patients and providers, facilitating smooth communication over the phone and in person to support compassionate care.

ABOUT CAROLINE TAYLOR
I am a recent graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Political Science, currently working at Compass Health Center as a Patient Care Coordinator. During my time at Barnard College, I was a research assistant at The University of Chicago and New York University, where I was a part of all aspects of the research process. Looking forward, I am excited to pursue a career in Clinical Psychology, and I am currently looking for clinical research assistant and lab-based research roles.
