ABOUT CAROLINE STRUDLEY

A driven, focused, and innovative individual who has the knowledge and experience to perform a bid management role to the highest standards.My primary responsibilities include developing opportunities, making tender submissions and winning business.I am responsible for managing the bid process across the whole project life cycle contributing to planned and sustained business growth. This includes technical and commercial input according to each customer specification.I have a proven track record and a sound knowledge of the bid process with a leading facilities management organisation and have transferred my skills to the water industry. My experience in responding to tenders span across the private and public sector including Government, Rail, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Higher Education, Hotel, Leisure, Housing and Local Authority.I have the ability to build strong internal relationships across all departments, possess excellent communication skills, am well organised and juggle a number of bids at the same time, prioritising workload to hit tight deadlines.
