ABOUT CAROLINE SPICQ

I work at the intersection of solutions architecture, customer success, and technology enablement. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve supported organizations in adopting and scaling complex technology platforms, first as an individual contributor, and for the past several years as a senior people manager.In my current role at Microsoft, I lead a customer‑facing solutions architecture team working closely with sales, product, and engineering stakeholders. My focus is on leading teams that support customers throughout the pre‑sales, upsell, and adoption phases, providing consulting on how to best use and integrate our platforms, and supporting the rollout of new capabilities, including AI‑powered products. Internally, we also focus on improving processes, strengthening cross‑team collaboration, and leveraging AI to automate and scale ways of working.My background spans solution consulting, platform integration, and customer enablement in international environments. Earlier in my career, I also worked on large‑scale business and IT transformation projects in highly structured industrial contexts, including at Airbus, which shaped my approach to complex systems, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable delivery.I’m particularly motivated by impact‑driven sectors such as healthtech and femtech, as well as energy, sustainability, and education, where technology can meaningfully improve outcomes. Depending on context and scope, I’m comfortable contributing either as a people leader or as a senior individual contributor.Based in Hamburg, I work in an international context and am open to opportunities in Germany, Denmark (Copenhagen), and France.I work fluently in English, French, and German, and have basic proficiency in Danish.
