My role is to develop the commercial activity of the College via employers this is done by telephone calls, networking meetings, face to face to face/ Teams meetings. I develop and maintain effective working relationships with employers within the relevant sectors.I Identify skills and training needs within specific businesses aligned with our specialist sectors and have knowledge on funding streams available to employers and learners.I am the key point of contact and account manager for my designated client base operating a focussed professional approach to growing existing accounts. Prospect for and qualify new opportunities via a range of channels, including direct calls, business events and social media platforms.I pitch for new business opportunities with employers, demonstrating knowledge of the College’s entire offering and Co-ordinator to assist the development of bespoke training programmes and proposals for employers.I am responsible for coordinating and delivering employer engagement events across relevant industry sectors, including our Front-End and Back-End Coding Academies.
