ABOUT CAROLINE SCHMID
I specialise in trading and operational asset valuation, with a focus on healthcare, education and leisure real estate. My work spans valuation reporting, inspections, client advisory and business development, requiring not only technical accuracy but also a clear understanding of operational context, market confidence and commercial judgement. What continues to draw me to specialist valuation is that no two assets tell the same story. In sectors where trading performance and sentiment influence value, interpretation matters as much as evidence. At Graham + Sibbald, I continue to build experience across complex instructions while strengthening long-term advisory judgement. I am also deliberately developing deep trading property market knowledge and cultivating an internal database of insights —building capabilities that ensure value beyond what AI can replicate. Alongside practice, I maintain a strong interest in the wider forces shaping property markets — from investment behaviour to financial markets and geopolitical developments. I am particularly interested in contributing to long-term growth in specialist valuation through leadership, trusted relationships and sector expertise.
