Plan, execute, and oversee programming events ranging from industry Panels, Master Classes, Film Showcases, Screenings, Workshops, and more. Work closely with partner-brands and sponsors to create seamless experiences for audiences ranging from 50 to over 300. Manage programmatic calendar for Cohort of 15 Fellows and over 200 Creatives. Coordinate all opps, admin, venue, and team scheduling. Recruit, hire, and supervise team of undergraduate and graduate interns. Develop and maintain marketing assets—email campaigns, newsletters, event programs, social media content, and website updates—to promote events and organizational initiatives. Oversee design & organization of all media assets, including event invites, program pamphlets (digital and print), fundraising decks, impact reports, logo splashes, step & repeat skins, any additional supporting graphic or visual materials. Generate event reports for partner organizations with focus on social metrics & KPIs. Recruit, interview, and work closely with prospective Fellows - all of which are mid-career screenwriters working on original, commercial projects. Offer creative support, feedback, and notes on project drafts. Assist in nonprofit grant applications, progress reports, and outreach. Organize data via visual storytelling and design.
