Senior Retail and Wholesale Leader with over 20 years’ experience driving commercial, operational, and strategic results across the food and convenience sector. I’ve delivered 47% turnover growth and 93% profit uplift through acquisitions, innovation, and operational transformation, always with a focus on customer experience, people development, and long-term value creation.I thrive in fast-paced, values-led organisations where I can influence across functions, lead through change, and shape strategy that works commercially and culturally. Alongside my core role, I represent NI in group-wide planning and transformation programmes, and regularly present to the board and credit committees.I’m passionate about developing future leaders and supporting women in retail. I’m a founding member of the Ireland chapter of the LEAD Network Europe, which advances women in the consumer goods sector, and I volunteer as Vice Chair of Governors at Belfast Royal Academy.
