ABOUT CAROLINE PURVEY

I believe every person holds the power to heal themselves.My work was born from lived experience. Through my own challenges, I created the Total Release Experience®, a gentle, body-led programme that helps people release deep physical tension caused by long-term stress and trauma. This tension often sits quietly in the deep core of the body and can drive anxiety, fear, exhaustion, and pain. When the body lets go, people regain physical, mental, and emotional freedom, clarity, and strength.Since 2012, I have supported thousands of people across the world through our proven four-module online programme. It is safe, practical, and life-changing. Most importantly, it gives people their power back. Our validated client data shows clear improvement across mental, physical, and emotional health.I am the author of #1 \'Feel It to Heal It\', an international speaker, and a proud recipient of an Honorary Doctorate in Natural Medicine. I have also received multiple awards for leadership, innovation, and impact in health and well-being. In December 2025, TRE UK® was awarded Public Healthcare Initiative of the Year.My work supports individuals and whole organisations, particularly those working under constant pressure. We work with Fire and Rescue Services, Police, Paramedics, Prison Services, including inmates, National Health Service staff, Carers, Construction teams, and the Military. The programme is cost-effective, scalable, and easy to integrate, with lasting results.Today, I work alongside my son, Daniel, to further our mission.Through our Release Recover Discover Community Interest Company, every programme purchased helps fund trained Facilitators in Schools. This ensures young people learn early how to release tension, regulate stress, and build resilience for life.We are also expanding our work into Africa, with Daniel leading the delivery of our programmes in multiple languages to widen global access.If you care about healing, prevention, and breaking cycles of suffering for either yourself, individuals, families, or future generations, I would love to connect.
