With over three years of experience in quality improvement and hospital operations, I am a passionate and driven Engagement Manager at Surgical Directions. Prior to this role, I served as a Senior Quality Improvement Consultant at Boston Children\'s Hospital.My mission is to enhance the quality, safety, and efficiency of patient care and service delivery, while supporting the hospital\'s strategic goals and vision. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a Master of Health Administration degree and a Bachelor of Psychology degree. My background includes working in various settings, including telehealth, e-commerce, and healthcare consulting.In my role as a Senior Quality Improvement Consultant, I led data analysis, project management, risk assessment, and execution of quality improvement and hospital operations projects. I consulted, educated, and professionally supported department and hospital-wide operations and quality improvement programs, projects, and initiatives. Additionally, I advised on methods, tools, and techniques for monitoring and assessing the quality of care and compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.I facilitated project management and strategic planning sessions for Quality Improvement and Operational teams, serving as a bridge between the aims of clinicians and hospital leadership and the requirements of application specialists and their products. Leveraging my skills in Microsoft Office, project implementation, and interpersonal communication, I consistently delivered high-quality results and ensured customer satisfaction.
