Leading, developing and growing the apprenticeship offering across the organisation, co-ordinating the development of apprenticeship programmes across a range of disciplines, whilst providing subject matter expertise to stakeholders both internally and externally. Launching, refining and evaluating the schemes to enhance the development offer and ensuring the apprenticeship strategy and delivery meets the needs of organisation. Working closely with job family leads, internal training specialists and a wide range of external organisations and providers, as well as collaborating with other organisations and recognised bodies to craft new apprenticeship standards and ensure an effective and optimal levy spend.
