I\'m a values driven senior People and OD Leader with international, private and public sector experience; 25+ years leading value adding HR, L&D and OD teams.I bring a passion for people strategy and driving business success to my roles; leading a wide range of HR services and programmes to drive customer and commercial success and enabling everyone at work to be the very best they can in a people focused culture.My career choices have been driven by a passion to make a difference in the world; working with businesses who do this and are equally passionate about enabling their people, customers and businesses to succeed.I\'ve held several senior HR roles spanning the full breadth of HR services, HR Business Partnership, Leadership, Learning and Organisational Development, Employee Life Cycle management and Transformation. My passion lies in delivering high quality customer focused HR services and organisational development programmes in ambitious, commercial organisations.I enjoy creating value through highly effective and engaging people strategies and plans.
