About Caroline McGee Jones

As an Operations Manager at Coyote Logistics, I lead a team of operations representatives who provide end-to-end solutions for our clients\' transportation needs. I oversee the daily operations, set and monitor goals, and coach and develop my team members. I have been with Coyote Logistics for three years, starting as an Operations Representative and then becoming an Enterprise Operations Team Lead before being promoted to my current role. I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, where I learned the fundamentals of supply chain management, logistics, and operations research. I have extensive experience in third-party logistics (3PL), which enables me to deliver optimal results for our customers and carriers. I also have strong skills in goal setting, people development, and problem solving, which help me to motivate and empower my team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. I am passionate about logistics and its impact on the global economy and society, and I strive to continuously improve my knowledge and skills in this field.
