Negotiating and completing turnover rent leases for a major blue chip retail client, the latest being a lease in Burlington Arcade, London.Negotiating and completing commercial office leases for an international plc company in regard to the movement of many of their offices across the UK into City centres.Acting on the purchase of a perfume factory in London with a value of £30 million with a timescale of 48 hours to purchase the same. The factory was being developed at the time so there was a raft of development agreements, planning permissions, searches and construction documentation to work through within a very tight timescale. After purchase the build was in phases which meant funding of the different phases and complying with the strict requirements of the lender. Following conversion into 52 apartments the entire site was then kept by the client as a continuing investment and leased out on short term lets.Drafting all the documentation for the regeneration of part of Bedminster Green in Bristol where the client had taken the option to develop the same. The client subsequently worked with a development partner which encompassed drawing up joint venture agreements, collaborative agreements and management agreements which were not only acceptable to the parties but also the potential funders.Drafting and negotiating leases for numerous Charity clients in regard to their head offices and their charity shops and strategically planning charity property portfolios.

I have extensive experience of all aspects of commercial property with a particular focus on retail leases with turnover rents, pre-lets, commercial and mixed use leasing and development projects as well as acquisitions and disposals of investment properties. I now also work for major charities in regard to the property portfolios.I have experience that encompasses the acquisition and disposal of land for residential and commercial developments, regeneration of brownfield city centre sites and the greenfield development of urban expansion areas.My advice to clients extends to advising clients on site assembly, the use of options and site promotion, profit share and joint venture agreements as well as funding large scale purchases.
