We feature 16 adaptable venues totaling almost square feet, in addition to an event staff that can assist with every step of planning process.My responsibilities include:• Management of all national and international group enquiries• Cannes Film Festival and G20 Summit events• Contract negotiation, special arrangements and pricing• Communicating detailed event to all relevant departments to ensure service delivery• Establishing/maintaining client relationships prior to, during and post conference• Conducting pre- and post-conference meetings• Training and supervision of three event coordinators• Establishing conference and events annual budget• Duty manager
