ABOUT CAROLINE MACPHIE

Il y a huit ans, en parallèle de ma carrière de soprano lyrique, j’ai commencé à intervenir en entreprise pour faire le lien entre le monde de l’opéra et les enjeux du management. Très vite, une évidence s’est imposée : les entreprises ont un besoin croissant de plus de collectif, de plus d\'engagement, et de plus de communication authentique. Et une conviction s’est renforcée : l’opéra, univers d\'excellence artistique, offre des leviers puissants pour développer la performance et l’épanouissement des équipes. En 2017, j’ai fondé Mission Opéra, un projet qui propose des conférences, des ateliers et des séminaires autour de deux axes principaux : 1⃣ Collectif et engagement 2⃣ Prise de parole & impact – en français, en anglais et en allemand Mais pour moi, l’engagement est aussi social. Avec notre association Mission Opéra France, nous avons déjà accompagné plus de 700 jeunes issus de lycées professionnels, à travers des projets artistiques ambitieux à fort impact humain et pédagogique. ’́ ’. ’, ́́. It quickly became clear: organisations today are seeking more cohesion, engagement and more authentic communication. I am convinced that opera — a world of artistic high performance — offers powerful insights to strengthen both team performance and individual fulfilment. In 2017, I founded Mission Opéra, offering keynotes, workshops, and seminars built around two key areas: 1⃣ Team cohesion and engagement 2⃣ Public speaking & impact – in French, English, and German But for me, engagement is also a social mission. Through our charity Mission Opéra France, we’ve supported over 700 students from vocational high schools, using ambitious artistic projects to help them build essential life skills. ’.
