Led high scores in ESG indices, including CDP.Carbon Transition: Managed the delivery of decarbonization targets for Scope 1 & 2 (95% reduction vs 2016 baseline) and developed the roadmap for Scope 3, focusing on carbon reduction in materials, logistics, waste, and procurement.Nature: Delivered a regenerative wool project in Australia via the PUR Project, generating significant environmental, carbon, and business benefits.Burberry Inspire: Led the Burberry Inspire Community Programme, delivering global charity partnerships that positively impacted over 400k young people through the Burberry Foundation since 2022.Product Sustainability: Oversaw that 80% of products are made with sustainable materials, including 97% organic cotton.
