Caroline Larissey is a highly respected and experienced professional, currently employed as the Chief Executive at the National Hair and Beauty Federation (NHBF), the largest UK trade association for hairdressing, barbers, beauty, and aesthetics businesses. Caroline Larissey is also a former Vice President at the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the largest professional association for therapists, with thousands of members specialising in everything from sports and remedial therapies to complementary healthcare and holistic beauty treatments.Caroline is an expert in her field, with a distinguished career spanning over 35 years. Her extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, industry best practices, quality management systems, and standards has earned her a reputation as a dedicated and results-driven individual.In her current role at NHBF, Caroline champions the employer\'s voice, working with industry and awarding organisations, professional bodies, Government agencies, departments, and ministers on issues such as training, apprenticeships, standards, qualifications, codes of practice, quality assurance, funding, and business practice. Caroline also holds multiple leadership roles in various industries, Government, quality assurance, regulatory, education, and training groups across the sector.
