As a Senior UX Researcher at GEICO, I am passionate about creating an effortless experience for customers interacting with the website and mobile app. My current role involves an array of research methods including conducting moderated and unmoderated usability tests, open and closed card sorting exercises, sentiment testing, focus groups, in-depth customer interviews, journey mapping, competitive analysis, and preference testing.I often host and moderate ideation workshops with various product teams within the organization to identify current customer pain points and to start creating design solutions.I use Axure and Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes for testing and wireframes to help communicate design solutions.Most importantly, I generate actionable insights based on UX research by translating intricate findings into simplified takeaways and recommendations to product teams.
