ABOUT CAROLINE KAY
I am an enthusiastic, personable student seeking to contribute compassionate communication, leadership and people skills as a doctoral student of Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School at Washington, D.C. My future is bright, as an aspiring Clinical Psychologist for children, adolescents, and young adults. My interests include neuropsychological assessment, treatment for anxiety, OCD, and trauma-related disorders, impact of stress on development, and coping through transitionary phases of life. I graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Psychology with a Clinical Concentration and minors in Behavioral Neuroscience and Classical Studies. I received my Masters from The Chicago School at Washington, D.C. Prior to beginning my graduate program, I worked as a residential counselor in an independent living facility for adults with clinical diagnoses, such as schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and depression. Currently, I am working as a psychometrist administering neuropsychological assessments, scoring evaluations, and writing comprehensive reports for McGill Neuropsychology (private practice setting) and Children\'s National Medical Center (hospital setting).
