ABOUT CAROLINE KANNWISCHER
French-German drilling engineer and health & safety professional with diverse experiences throughout the energy sector. I like to network, but in an authentic and meaningful way so please add a note (if possible) to your request if you want to connect. Networks are not a numbers game to me. During my studies in petroleum/drilling engineering at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg in Germany I completed several internships spread out over the energy landscape. From underground mining to upstream I covered many aspects and also completed the Mining-Apprenticeship with the German Mining Authority.Being curious about health and safety I started to diversify already at university and continued this dual focus with ENGIE E&P in Germany after graduation. Later, I joined Schlumberger as Wireline Field Engineer with extensive training in Abu Dhabi and assignment to the Netherlands covering jobs on- and offshore across Europe. My drive for improvement then lead to pursuing a professional qualification in occupational health and safety which in turn resulted in proceeding as HSE Advisor with Aquaterra Energy in the UK and finally brought me to work in the SHE-Q Pool for Boskalis in the dredging division worldwide. I enjoy working on rotation on the various projects and fleet assignments as well as learning and advancing the company through auditing.
