Hello and welcome to my profile! I am Caroline and I am a dedicated consultant and student with core interests in sustainability & digital transformation and artificial intelligence. I am studying at the Leuphana University in Lüneburg and the University of St. Gallen with a special focus on Management and Entrepreneurship. Currently, I am preparing my Master\'s thesis in the area of digital and sustainability transformation and optimal distinctiveness with a focus on elaborating synergies concerning both digital and sustainability transformations as two of the major business transformations nowadays. My Master\'s thesis aims to preparing a consecutive doctorate in the areas of optimal distinctiveness, organizational ambidexterity and temporality. The studies combined with my practical experience, I aim to elaborate solutions and advance necessary implementation of digital sustainable practices that will drive the full sustainability and digital transformation of corporations.
