As a stage ER+ breast cancer survivor, I founded an organization focused on funding research for metastatic (stage IV) breast cancer patients. I have grown the organization generating total research funding of over 1.8 million dollars. I am passionate about funding research that will help extend lives of breast cancer patients facing lifelong treatments for metastatic breast cancer. Develop and implement strategic plans that meet mission and visions as well as business goals and objectives created in partnership with the Board of Directors. Recruit and develop a team of leaders to manage critical business functions. Ensure commitment to and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization. Create a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization that results in donor engagement and new stakeholders. Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, pharmaceutical companies and oncology professionals. Proactively address challenges in the internal and external environment to protect business interests.
