Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with business executives to provide support and guidance for performance management, ensuring the maintenance of a high-performing, well-functioning team.• Conduct thorough employee relations investigations, analyzing evidence and stakeholder input to deliver fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes that support both organizational integrity and employee trust. • Guide leaders through the management underperforming employees through implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), progressive documentation, and disciplinary actions.• Facilitate the end-to-end exit process through legal review, leader support and preparation, operations management, and negotiation.• Lead the charge from proposal to execution of policy changes, successfully drafting and implementing new policies to improve workplace compliance and employee benefits, including an enhanced Parental Leave policy and a formal Hybrid Working policy. • Socialize new policies with the employee base through comprehensive communication strategies, fostering a culture of transparency and understanding.• Support a diverse global workforce, providing tailored employee relations support to teams across four separate regions.• Facilitate cross-regional collaboration by implementing standardized HR practices and policies, ensuring consistency and fairness across all locations.• Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee relations, including the generation of a progressive discipline process, conflict resolution training, and employee listening strategy enhancements.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee concerns and work towards improving overall job satisfaction.
