ABOUT CAROLINE HINES
Currently heading up the marketing & PR team at HBD, one of the UK’s leading urban regen, industrial & logistics and residential developers. HBD creates spaces for people to work, grow & live. I am super passionate about brand, and love working with some of the best agencies to tell the HBD story. Everyone communicates differently so my extensive knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing methods is key.Relationships are a big part of what I do, managing external digital, creative and PR agencies whilst working alongside our development partners and key stakeholders to deliver content in line with HBD’s strategy. My “HBD highlight” and biggest learning curve to date is leading the business through a full re-brand. I am really proud of a 16-year-old, side-hustle Room 14, an independent menswear business. A bricks and mortar store in Uppermill and an online business that my husband Rowan runs on a day-to-day basis.HBD, Room 14 and two little people Noah & Florence results in not much free time, but when I do get a spare minute I enjoy running and obsessing over fashion vloggers.
