ABOUT CAROLINE HENN

Caroline Henn is a passionate and driven brand marketer with a Master of Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Wine and Viticulture from the same university, where she developed her interest and expertise in the beverage industry.As Assistant Brand Manager on High Noon, the #1 best selling spirits brand in the US, under E. & J. Gallo Winery, Caroline leads social media strategy and implementation, manages relations with external agencies, and ensures channel tactics are consistent with brand equity. She leverages her product marketing and data analytics skills to create engaging and effective campaigns that increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.Previously, Caroline worked as a Marketing Specialist in the Luxury Business Unit of E. & J. Gallo Winery, where she supported seven different luxury wine brands. She was responsible for managing sales communication, evaluating brand performance, and providing data-based recommendations regarding programming, campaigns, and portfolio expansions. While Caroline pursued her MBA, she also gained valuable industry knowledge and experience working in the tasting room of Edna Valley Vineyard under E. & J. Gallo Winery.Caroline\'s goal is to continue to expand her brand marketing knowledge and manage her own team of marketers in the future. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, and has studied abroad in Thailand and spent summers studying Spanish in Guatemala.
