As a psychotherapist within Harmless I deliver sessions of ongoing therapeutic support directly to those affected by self harm, using a combination of humanistic and CBT approaches to yield change amongst this complex client group. These interventions have been evidenced as statistically significant in both reducing severity and frequency of self harm, but also in quality of life scales.
