I am successful senior manager with extensive experience in managing and developing Sales and Customer Service departments, gained across a variety of demanding roles in the Hospitality sector. A confident leader who enjoys recruiting, training and developing successful teams of motivated, results driven individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ‘getting it right first time’. Happiest when challenged with interrogating the customer journey and energised by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, sales revenues and profitability -in partnership with the sales & marketing team - alongside identifying areas to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales and customer service processes.
